NIKE+ HUMAN RACE 10K

i cannot think of another way to mark the end of august with a bang!! on the 31st of august, the most craziest fun thing eva....nike + human race 10k too place. n guess what... singapore was the 1st city among 24 others to close the registration!!.. we rock ur world ok!! we had over 11000 runners..n from my sch SRJC, we had more than 400 runners!!!
thats jus amazing!!! so yea... the event kicked a little later than the expected time of 4.15. it was just tooo crowded but hey the feelin was gd man... like...everyone was so up abt it...n trust me..srjcians couldnt be bothered abt the fact that they were runnin 10k....coz..we guys..just clocked in 10k earlier this month on the 2nd. kudos to uu guys!!!!

however, i must agree that this 10k around the esplanade area...was indeed more tiring compared to my sch's 10k. for this run, the end point seem an eternity away...there were too many up-slopes..so yea..was kinda tough...but hell!!! we just kept going!!!going!!going!!!....

when i was almost reachin the 7K mark...it was very disappointing to see foreigners cheering us own while Singaporeans acted blatantly. oh well...thats just the way they more...most of them. NOT ALL. anyways...

i finally reached the 9k mark...n afta that..it was simply a race against the time..... i seriously wanted to finish it within 70 to 75 mins... n i guess i did. coz..the electronic gantry kinda cocked up...so yea.. i roughly calculated...


n thn..we had this awesome concert!!!!! BOYS LIKE GIRLS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they came dwn to perfrom for us..!! n ohh mann..they totally rocked.... taya n utt, the hosts..were like..throwin away 20 ipod nanos into the crowd...plus..yet-to-be-released womens' nike runnin shoes.....goshhhh..i soo wanted the nano!!...ahh...nvm!!!....

what i wished for more..was for 2 of my best friends to be there... !!!..rele..i think they would have enjoyed it sooo mcuh!!..n me too!!!!!!! i was soo bloodyy happy that day...screamin..shoutin..cheerrinnnGG!!!!...ahhhh........

n the highlight of yestdae..was..wass...SRJC FUCKIN WON THE SCH CATEGORY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
$10 000 + $3000 NIKE VOUCHER !!!!!! can uu believe thatt!!!!!!!!! am soo proud of my sch for once!!!!!
